/ CHALLENGES

Starting digital transformation is easy
Sustaining it is the challenge.

Programs lose momentum

Transformation programs often start strong but lose traction before meaningful change happens.

Tools adopted. Adoption missing

Tools like Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot may have been deployed, but adoption remains low.

AI urgency without a starting point

Pressure to move on AI is increasing, but there's no clear starting point.

Past experience

If a previous program under-delivered, the organization may hesitate to try again.

/ WHO THIS IS FOR

See if this is the right fit for your Team

This is for you if ...

  • You're invested in the Microsoft ecosystem and want to make sure you're getting the most from it
  • You're looking for a partner who will work alongside your team
  • You want process, technology, and change management addressed together, not separately
  • You have leadership support for the transformation and are ready to involve them in the process
  • You're thinking about AI and automation and want a grounded, practical path to implementation

This may not be the best fit if…

  • You need a focused technology implementation without the broader process and people work
  • Your requirements are fully defined and you're looking for delivery resources rather than a strategic partner
  • You're at an earlier stage of planning and need a Digital Strategy engagement before moving into execution
/ FAQ

Your questions, answered

Digital Transformation is the process of using digital technologies, modern platforms and their data to fundamentally improve how an enterprise operates. Where technology implementation leads to the creation of a technological result, digital transformation is more complex because it involves transforming the ways a company does its business operations rather than concentrating on technologies used. Technology does play a role here, together with process transformation and organizational change.

There is no one answer as it greatly varies on the scale of work involved. For example, a relatively narrow process transformation project in a business unit takes about six to twelve weeks. A larger-scale project addressing several processes, systems, and organizational changes requires a phased approach which is executed in sprints.

No, not always. Some companies have a clearly developed digital strategy and seek assistance in implementation. Other companies are yet uncertain about their goals and areas for focus. For such a case, a Digital Strategy engagement might be more appropriate to start with. After discussing your needs, we will know exactly what fits you best.

It's built into the design of the program itself. Right from day one; stakeholder engagement, measurement of adoption and resistance, etc. all happen early in the process -so when a new process or system rolls out, it already has its stakeholders behind it.

Transformation projects often lead to requirements for adjacent projects in the space of ERP modernization, data, and/or business intelligence. When necessary, the ERP Implementation and Data & BI groups work side-by-side within our Transformation practice.

We start off with a 60-minute assessment call. It's an opportunity for us to know more about the current state you are at, your enterprise's goals, and opportunities. After this stage, you'll have a realistic picture of what an engagement with us might entail. You're under no obligations; we only write a proposal if we think it's the right fit for you.
