Sprint Planning - End of Week 2
A 10-week sprint plan is created. Every use case has an owner, a timeline, and a definition of done. No ambiguity.
Build and Train - Weeks 3 to 12

Your questions, answered
The program is built for your IT team - typically a mix of developers, solution architects, and Microsoft 365 administrators. We work directly with the people who will own these agents after we leave. Business stakeholders can join the onboarding sessions, but the build sprints are designed for the technical team that will keep the work going.
You will need Microsoft 365 Copilot licences for the people who will use the agents, and at minimum Copilot Studio access for the team that will build them. In Week 1 we audit your tenant and tell you exactly what is in place, what is missing, and what to add before sprint planning begins. You will not be surprised mid-program.
The sprint plan is firm by end of Week 2 because that is what makes 10 weeks of focused delivery possible. That said, sprints are 2 weeks long, so there is a natural checkpoint every fortnight. If a use case becomes irrelevant, we swap it out at the next sprint boundary rather than mid-sprint.
The 4 full-day in-person sessions are designed for the moments where being in the same room genuinely changes the outcome - onboarding, sprint planning, the mid-program review, and handover. We recommend treating them as mandatory for the core IT team. Everything else is delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams.
You have three options after handover: scale and expand into more agents or new departments, move onto a monthly retainer for expert hours, or run fully self-sufficient using the playbooks and documentation we leave behind. Most clients choose retainer support for the first few months while the team finds its rhythm, then taper off.
